Scheduled email report PRO¶
PRO feature
The scheduled email report is part of the A11yScanFix Pro add-on.
Get a branded accessibility summary in your inbox on a schedule, so you (or your client) see progress without logging in.
Settings¶
On the Settings -> Reports tab:
- Frequency - Off / Weekly / Monthly.
- Recipients - one or more email addresses (defaults to the site admin email).
- Send test report now - emails the current report straight away so you can preview it.
What the email shows¶
The report mirrors the dashboard: open issues, severity split, pages scanned, passed-checks percentage, top problematic pages, and the most common issues, with change arrows versus the previous report.
If the last scan was cancelled, the email shows a clear note that the figures are partial; a completed scan shows the scan date in green.
Reliable delivery¶
By default WordPress sends mail through your server, which many hosts deliver unreliably - reports can land in spam or not arrive at all. For dependable delivery, route mail through a proper mail service using any SMTP plugin, for example WP Mail SMTP, FluentSMTP or Easy WP SMTP. Use Send test report now to confirm your setup works.
